Frequently asked questions
The service call payment covers the cost of a technician coming out to diagnose a unit. (this includes gas, time, and pay to the office team who scheduled you). This amount also pays the office team to find parts, build estimates, and provide service to the customer. This amount does not go to the repair except under special circumstances. We are a team, and the single diagnostic rate pays for that teamwork.
From the time you contact us, we have a team of people ready to help. We will answer any questions you have. The regular process is that after you schedule, a skilled technician will diagnose your appliance or appliances, and we will have our skilled office team provide you with an estimate. The estimate is good for 30 days. When you accept the estimate, we order parts and schedule the repair. The same tech will do your repair in most cases.
There are multiple ways to accept your estimate. When we provide an estimate, we call and email it. You can accept it online via the attachment in the email, or you can accept it verbally over the phone with a team member. After that, depending on the distributor, we will order your parts the same day.
We generally say Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and the surrounding areas. Mileage charges apply and will be included in diagnostic and repair charges. Below is a list of the Parishes we service. (Keep in mind that the further out you are, the more your service call may be delayed.)
